Formerly the embedded media department within Target, Roundel was introducing itself as a standalone creative media agency: one with the deep IQ of data and analytics teams, and the sensitive EQ that makes Target such a beloved retailer. They had developed an intelligent, brilliant style guide—and were looking for a partner to bring it to life in campaign elements for endemic, non-endemic, and agency prospects. Starting with a campaign positioning, our proposal built upon that style guide and demonstrated how IQ and EQ combine to impress and delight through a number of tactics, from sales materials and outreach communications to hyper-targeted media and event activations.
